高鐵苗栗彰化雲林站履勘 拚12月通車

（中央社記者陳葦庭台北11日電）高鐵新增苗栗、彰化、雲林三站，交通部也已經接到履勘申請，11月初就會前往現場勘查，預計12月1日正式通車。

高鐵新增的苗栗、彰化、雲林3站啟用進入倒數計時，交通部高鐵局第1組組長楊正君今天證實，已經接獲履勘申請，將於下週開始審查書面資料，之後再召開屢勘委員會議，決定履勘行程，預計10月初安排2天前往現地勘查。

楊正君表示，高鐵列車時刻表改點資訊最晚將在10月底公布，會有7種不同停靠模式，依照現行費率試算，台北苗栗約新台幣430元、台北彰化820元、台北雲林930元；另外，由於高鐵財改方案已經通過，10月普通股減資後，北高票價也將回到原本的1490元。

至於未來是否還有調漲空間，楊正君說，高鐵票價調整，是根據「台灣南北高速鐵路興建營運合約」規定，台灣消費者物價總指數漲幅超過3%時，就可調漲基本費率。

換言之，若明年3月物價指數漲幅超過3%，4月政府就需核定新的基本費率標準，高鐵票價就有可能再度漲價。

楊正君表示，以往政府核定基本費率後，高鐵公司還有空間加20%，不過高鐵財改案過關後，將會把法定優待票與通勤、離峰、特定旅運優惠所造成每年約12.5%短收差額納入考量，高鐵公司若沒有高額的補貼需求，就不可能加上20%的費率。1040911
